Daily Snap: More volley

Couple good snaps from a high school volleyball game Saturday. Shot the first set from the floor (that last picture came in the first set), second set from the stands (first two here), and third with a wide angle from the bench (nothing exciting).

Overhead view for this high school volleyball game. Really love how the "C" logo at halfcourt plays into this first frame. Once I got a few at 200mm, went real tight with the 400 for the next three pictured here. 

Daily Snap: Doggy dancin'

With the setting sun right behind these bluegrass musicians on Saturday night, I was struggling for something good.

Luckily, the band was good enough to inspire some dancing. This young fellow was bouncing around by the side of the stage, and as soon as he picked up his puppy (Daisy), I knew I had a shot. Even looks like the dog was smiling for me.

Gritty image from a local catfishing tourney. Loved the look from this fisherman ... he felt like someone straight out of 1970, and I wanted to match that with a grainy B&W.
