The story: Impromptu skate photography. I drive by this little park at least once a week, hoping there will be some skaters to photograph. Finally today, I caught a college kid home for Easter break just riding by himself.
I purposefully said "impromptu skating" because I wasn't really looking for a great skate photograph, just an environmental portrait. Man, I really wish I had a speedlite at camera left to fill in those shadows and even out the exposure.
